What
is the delivery time for my Definition kits/snares?
|
|
Currently the Definition Series
kits and snares take approximately 60-90 days for
delivery depending on when your order is placed. We are
currently doing production orders or order until later
in the year when full production begins.
|

How
many boxes does my kit fit in?
|
|
Your Definition Series kit
is shipped in a double wall and staple fastened ultra
durable box. The 22"kick, 12" rack and
16" floor ;tom ship in one box with all heads and hardware
and the 14" floor tom ships in its own box. If you
ordered a snare drum it ships in its own box.

Can
I change my mind about color after ordering?
|
|
Unfortunately no. When you
place your order you may not change your mind about
getting a different color due to the nature of our
production and ordering process.
|

How
much is shipping in the USA?
|

Shipping of your Definition
Series kit is $199.99. Snare drums are $49.99
|

How
much is shipping to locations outside of the USA?
|
|
Shipping to locations
outside of the USA is $399.99 for kits. Snare drums are
$99.99 (these numbers are subject to modification
depending upon freight rates)

Can
I change my mind after I order that I want a refund?
|
|
No. Due to the nature of
ordering and production, once your order is placed we do
not provide refunds of any kind.

Do
you make other colors other than what is shown?
|
|
Currently we only have the
5 colors shown on our Colors & Finishes page,
however we have may have plans for future releases in
new and different colors.

Is
the Definition Series made with Keller shells?
|
|
No the new Definition
Series Birch shells are not Keller made. We spent a
great deal of time developing the new Definition Series
shells to delivery true resonance and tone. The
Definition Series shells are made of six, premium choice
plys of Birch to enhance the focus and front end
liveliness of the drums.

Is
the Definition Series a custom kit or production kit?
|
|
The Definition Series is a
"production line" kit and not a custom line
kit. Shine Definition Series (and all future series
models) and proudly part of our new international
operations and manufacturing. The Definition Series kits
are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility
overseas to minimize middle-man markups and allows us to
deliver quality drums to our artists/customers at the
best price possible...saving our artists their hard
earned money. We believe that making great drums isn't a
matter of where its made, but how its made.

Can
I have different lugs or powdercoat?
|
|
Unfortunately the series
lines are build for production and only the lugs shown
are provided on the Definition product. Should you
desire powdercoating, we can do this for the upgrade
fees shown on our price
page of our main site.

Are
the heads any good?
|
|
The Definition Series kits
ship with clear REMO Encore 2-ply hydraulic heads on
batter side of kit and toms and REMO UK clear on
resonant side. A smooth white front bass head with
dampening ring
is included on kick front head with the Shine logo.
|
|
|
|
What
type of bearing edges are on the drums?
|
|
Double 45 degree bearing
edges are standard on all drums.
|
|
|
|
What
is your warranty period?
|
|
The drums are guaranteed
for 5 years on hardware from manufacturers defect, 1
year on shell defects and lacquer defects. All other
parts are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase.
